Lead Teacher Positions
Our Lead Teachers create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom where children thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement creative, age-appropriate lessons across all developmental areas
- Foster a nurturing, structured classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and build strong relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (in Early Childhood Education preferred) or relevant experience/certifications
- Passion for early childhood learning and development
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Assistant Teacher Positions
Assistant Teachers play a vital role in supporting the classroom and helping create a positive, safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (minimum) and childcare experience preferred
- Warm, positive attitude and love for working with children
- Team-oriented and dependable
